Javier Hernandez to Valencia?

With great expectation and anticipation many Manchester United faithfuls wait for the first official match when Javier Hernandez will be unveiled. The team signed the latest Mexican arrival in response to last season's disappointment. The signing was made in April before the World Cup, where Hernandez has stood out.

But recent speculation and reports suggest that Manchester United could send the "new boy" out on loan for some European experience. With Valencia having sold David Villa, David Silva, and Nikola Zigic, they are looking for some fire power to lead the attack.

There has been no official stance on the matter, but Hernandez's father said, "This could be a positive solution for the adaptation of Javier into European football. Contacts exist but Manchester have still not decided anything about the subject. Javier's first season in England will not be easy. Perhaps the loan option is not madness."

Alex Ferguson has been criticized for his lack of signings despite a clear need for some intervention after an average season. Could he then possibly send his latest signing out on loan? It wouldn't be a bad idea simply because United do have many options, but are the available options good enough?

Last season United fell short when Rooney got injured and eventually they seemed off the pace. So although there hasn't been any information from the club, it's certainly something to keep an eye on.
