Don't Stop! Get Your "Footie" Fix!

World Cup 2010 gets a little smaller in the rear view mirror every day now, and the next big show isn’t until 2014. The various teams and fans have retreated to either celebration or despair, it’s time to think again about club football. It’s almost that time of year again. Rejoice!

There are several football leagues that are worth watching, especially European leagues that are considered as cream of the crop such as German Bundesliga, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A and English Premier League. If you enjoy Argentine football and would like to discover the next Maradona or Messi then don't forget about Argentine Primera División. With hardly a breath after the final ball is kicked in Johannesburg, these leagues are set to begin soon and below are the starting dates.

Argentine Primera División - 6th August 2010

English Premier League - 14th August 2010

German Bundesliga - 20th August 2010

Italian Serie A - 28th August 2010

Spanish La Liga - 28th August 2010

Anyway, they are other good leagues around the world such as Eredivisie (Holland), Ligue 1 (France), Scottish Premier League (Scotland), Portuguese Liga (Portugal), Turkish Super League (Turkey) and last not least, the ever improving Major League Soccer (USA). It's just matter of preference to get your football/soccer fix.

But if you find yourself in need of an international football tournament fix, then don’t worry. There are plenty of events scheduled.
